摘　　要：目的探讨第二原发恶性肿瘤的发病、临床特点、治疗及预后。方法收集2005年1月—2011年12月诊治第二原发恶性肿瘤13例患者的临床资料并进行回顾性分析。结果13例患者中男7例，女6例，年龄39～80岁，中位年龄65岁。恶性肿瘤同时性发生6例，异时性发生7例，异时发生时间10～120个月，中位时间30个月。确诊后均给予相应治疗。结论第二原发恶性肿瘤并非罕见，应充分提高对其认识，早发现、早诊断、早治疗。Objective To explore the pathogenesis, clinical specificity,treatment and prognosis of the second primary malignancies. Methods The clinical data of 13 cases of the second primary malignancies were analyzed, which collected from January 2005 to December 2011 in Yangzhou Friendship Hospital. Results Among 13 patients , there were seven males and six females, aged from 39 to 80 years old, with a median age of 65 years, six cases at the same time suffering from the second primary malignancies, seven cases at the different time suffering from the second primary malignancies. The time from the first primary tumor to second primary tumor was 10 - 120 months, the median time was 30 months, all patients were given treat- ment after diagnosis. Conclusion The second primary malignancies is not rare, and should be fully improved the understan- ding of the disease, only early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment can make maximum benefit of patients.
