摘  要:目的建立一套科学、客观、系统的护理专科生临床能力评价指标体系。方法运用文献回顾资料调研法、质性研究法、专家小组讨论和德尔菲专家咨询法,确立护理专科生临床能力评价指标内涵、评价方法及权重,对93名实习护生进行能力评价即信效度检验。结果构建了包含临床护理专业能力、沟通合作能力、护理职业素质、专业发展能力4项I级指标、18项Ⅱ级指标和45项Ⅲ级指标的护理专科生临床能力评价指标体系,具有较高的信效度。结论护理专科生临床能力指标体系内容全面、合理,能有效评价护理专科生的临床能力。Objective To create a scientific, objective and systemic evaluation system for clinical competence of nursing junior college students. Method Establish the index content, method and weight for clinical competence of nursing junior college students by review of literature, qualitative research, group discussion and Delphi method. 93 nursing students in the internship receive evaluation on competence and reliability and validity test. Result An evaluation system for clinical competence of nursing junior college students is created including 4 class I indexes, 18 class Ⅱ indexes and 45 class Ⅲ inde-xes of clinical competence, communication and cooperation ability, professional quality and professional development ability, which has high reliability and validity. Conclusion Content of evaluation system for clinical competence is comprehensive and reasonable and can evaluate nursing students' clinical competence.
