摘  要:详细介绍公司循环流化床锅炉锅筒内装部分标准件L146-4溢水环的冲压模设计,分析了此零件的成型工艺、模具结构、设计特点以及在成型过程中应该注意的问题。该模具设计将拉深和翻边两种冲压工艺结合在一起,简化了以往繁复的生产工艺,同时避免了冲压工艺中存在的缺陷,保证了零件的精度,提高了生产效率。The design of pressing die was presented in detail for bypass canal inner boiler canister of circulating fluidized bed boiler.Analysis of the pressing process,die structure and design features,as well as the problem of the pressing process should be paid attention to. Drawing and flanging two kinds of stamping process was together in the design of the pressing die. The working procedure was predigested and the defects in previous pressing process were avoided. Meanwhile, the spacer precision was guaranteed and the productivity was improved.
