摘　　要：青年教师在实验课的教学中担负着重要的作用。但由于接触教学时间短,经验缺乏,难免会出现一些问题。本文从教与学的定位、教学实践、教学思考3个方面进行探讨,为进一步培养和提高青年教师的留学生授课水平积累经验。Young teaehem play an important role in anatomy experimental course . However, due to short occupational history, lacking of experience, there will be some problems. This article discussed the teaching and learning orientation, teaching practice, teaching thinking to accumulate some experience and improve teaching level.
