摘　　要：目的探讨E-cadherin和P16在宫颈上皮内瘤变中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测P16,E-cadherin的表达情况。结果 P16在CN,CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ,CC组的表达逐渐增高,CN,HPVC,CINⅠ中的表达分别与CINⅡ,CINⅢ,CC相比,表达差异有统计学意义。E-cadherin在CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ,CC组的表达逐渐降低。结论 P16,E-cadherin可能参与宫颈癌的发生发展过程。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of E-cadherin and P16 in cervical in-traepithelial neoplasia.Methods P16 and E-cadherin were tested by immunohistochemical SP method .Results The expression of P16 in CN,HPVC,CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢand CC groups gradually increased ,the expression of CN,HPVC, CINⅠ were compared with CINⅡ,CINⅢ,CC and had significant difference .The expression of E-cadherin in CN, HPVC,CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ,CC groups decreased gradually ,especially the expression in cervical cancer compared with precancerous lesions decreased obviously （P〈0.05）.Immune colloidal gold particles were located in the endoplasmic reticulum and nuclear membrane of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia cells .Conclusion P16,E-cadherin may be in-volved in the development of cervical cancer .
