摘  要:目的探讨感统训练对轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)老年人氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)的影响。方法将入选的16例60~70岁的MCI老年人,在课题组人员指导下进行感统训练半年,每周5d,训练前后分别进行MRI扫描,比较其N-乙酰天门冬氨酸(NAA)/肌酸(Cr),胆碱(Cho)/Cr,肌醇(mI)/Cr的差别。结果训练前后海马区NAA/Cr和mI/Cr水平有显著性差异,训练后NAA/Cr水平较训练前升高,mI/Cr水平较训练前明显降低(P<0.05);训练前后Cho/Cr水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论感统训练能改变脑内海马区代谢产物的浓度,使NAA/Cr,mI/Cr改变。Objective To investigate the effcet of sensory integration training on H magnetic resonance spectroscopy (H-MRS) in patients with mild cognitive impairment .Methods Sixteen elderly aged 60~70 years old with MCI received sensory integration training for five days a week for six months guided by members of research group .MRI scanning was performed before and after the training in order to compare the differences of the ratios between NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr and mI/Cr.Results There were significant difference between the levels of NAA/Cr and mI/Cr in hippocampus before and after the training .NAA/Cr level after the training was higher than before ,thus mI/Cr level af-ter the training was lower than before with statistical significance (P〈0.05).There were no statistical significance of Cho/Cr level before and after the training(P〉0.05).Conclusion Sensory integration training can change the concentration of the metabolites in hippocampus and convert the ratios of NAA/Cr and mI/Cr.
