摘 要:目的分析种植体周围龈沟液和健康齿龈沟液中IL-1β水平与牙周指数的关系。方法选取34例患者的43颗ITI种植体和对侧43颗健康齿作为研究对象,获得相应的龈沟液行ELISA染色测定IL-1β,同时记录每例患者的牙菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙周袋探针深度、牙槽骨吸收。结果种植体组龈沟液中IL-1β含量为76.39 pg/μL,对照组龈沟液中IL-1β含量为45.68pg/μL,两组差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。种植体组的四项牙周指数平均计分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。直线相关显示,两组龈沟液中IL-1β含量都与牙周指数评分分呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论 IL-1β有可能作为牙周组织或种植体周围组织病变与否的标记物。Objective To investigate the correlation between Interleukin-1 β Levels in peri-implant crevieular fluid (PICF) or gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) and periodontal index. Methods For 34 patients, ELISA was used to determine IL-1β from PICF of 43 ITI implants and IL-1 β from GCF of 43 contralateral teeth. Modified plaque index(mPI), modified gingival index(mGI), Probing depth(PD) and alveolar bone loss(aBL) were recorded meanwhile. Results IL-1 β level in PICF was higher than in GCF(76.39 pg/μL L vs 45.68 pg/μL L, P=0.001 ). The mean of periodontal index for implant group was greater than control group(P 〈 0.01). There was a positive correlation between IL-1β in both groups and periodontal index(P 〈 0.001). Conclusion The data of the present study indicated that IL-1β would be an biomarker to determine the health status of gingival or peri-implant tissues.
