胃镜下不同止血方法治疗恒径动脉活动性出血的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究应用胃镜下不同止血方法治疗恒径动脉活动性出血的疗效比较。方法选取62例胃镜确诊恒径动脉活动性出血患者,随机选取10例行局部注射止血治疗;26例行氩离子束凝固术(氩气刀APC)止血治疗;36例行氩离子束凝固术(氩气刀APC)+局部注射止血治疗。结果经氩离子束凝固术(氩气刀APC)+局部注射止血联合治疗有效率优于单一使用氩离子束凝固术(氩气刀APC)或局部注射止血治疗(P<0.05)。结论氩离子束凝固术(氩气刀APC)+局部注射止血联合治疗成功率较单一使用氩离子束凝固术(氩气刀APC)或局部注射止血治疗成功率有显著性差异,是治疗恒径动脉活动性出血比较有效的方法。Objective To study and compare the therapeutic effects of different hemostatic methods under endoscope in the treatment of dieulafoy disease. Methods 62 patients with dieulafoy disease confirmed by endoscope were randomly divided into 3 groups.Of which 10 cases were given local injection of hemostatic treatment,26 cases were given argon plasma coagulation （argon knife APC） hemostatic treatment,36 cases were given APC＋local injection of hemostatic treatment. Results The success rate of APC＋local injection of hemostatic treatment group was higher than that of APC group or local injection of hemostatic treatment group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There are significant difference in the success rate between APC＋local injection of hemostatic treatment and APC or local injection of hemostatic treatment.APC＋local injection of hemostatic treatment is effective way to therapy dieulafoy disease.
