摘　　要：选修课《药物作用的分子基础》为从分子层面阐明药物分子在生物体内产生作用的原理,揭示药物分子与其靶点相互作用的内在规律的一门课程。它是医科大学原有必修课程的补充和纽带。本研究基于数年教学实践对本课程的意义、内容、教学手段及考核方式等方面进行了讨论。＂Molecular basis of drug action＂ is an elective course which explains the principles of drug action in vivo from the molecular level, and reveals the inherent laws of the interaction between drugs and their targets. It is the complement and bonding of the original medical required courses. The meaning, content, teaching methods and assessment methods of this course were discussed based on the several years＇ teaching practice.
