摘　　要：加强药学生职业道德教育,既是大学生成长成才和职业生涯规划的需要,更是卫生事业健康发展的需要。泰山医学院药学院把专业教学与职业道德教育紧密结合,开展了特色鲜明的校园文化活动和社会实践活动,实现了职业道德教育在理论教学和实习教学中双加强,对引导药学生形成良好职业素质,进行了有益的尝试,收到良好效果。To strengthen pharmacy students＇ professional ethic education is not only the need of students＇ growth and career planning but also the need of sound development of health services. By combining closely the professional education and ethic education, the Pharmacy Department of Taishan Medical University has carried out distinctive- featured campus cultural activities and social practice activities, thus achieving a double reinforcement of professional ethic education in both theoretical teaching and practical teaching. With a satisfactory effect, this study is an instructive attempt of helping the pharmacy students to form the good professional quality.
