摘　　要：托马斯·莫尔是16世纪英国的政治思想家,他在其所著的《乌托邦》一书中除了阐述他的空想社会主义的政治、经济、法律思想之外,还论述了一系列的医学伦理思想,包括健康的观念、医学的观念,以及疾病预防和婚姻健康伦理、死亡哲学和安乐死等问题。特别是其安乐死思想,在西方医学伦理思想发展史上具有重要的影响。Thomas More was an English political philosopher in the 16th century. He wrote a classic work named Utopia which discussed his political, economic and legal thought. Besides, he also expressed a series of medical ethic theories, such as healthy notion, medical notion, disease prevention and pre-marriage health check- up, philosophy of death and euthanasia and so on. His euthanasia theories have an especially important influence on the history of western medical ethics.
