摘 要:结合长期风速记录,利用Gumbel分布计算设计风速极值,并采用Monte-Carlo法模拟台风作用,推导了风速和风向的联合概率分布。利用Lawson和Penwarden舒适度判别准则,分析风洞试验中Irwin探头的实测风速结果,评估了超高层建筑行人高度风环境舒适度并检验了风环境改善措施效果。结果表明,风气候分析对评估行人高度风环境舒适度有重要影响,部分重要区域(北侧裙房入口、三层室外阳台、东南连桥、西北裙房屋顶等)不满足舒适度要求。采取防风减风措施后,改善了大部分区域的舒适度,而西北裙房屋顶仍不满足舒适度要求,需要调整功能布局。Maximal value of designed wind speed was achieved from Gumbel distribution based on the analysis of local wind speed record in long time, typhoon simulation was carried out by adopting Monte- Carlo method and joint probability distribution between speed and direction of wind was obtained. Then comfort of pedestrian level wind environment and effect of mitigation measures were evaluated for super high rise building, which was achieved according to Lawson and Penwarden' s evaluation criteria and wind speed record from Irwin probe by wind tunnel test. The results proved the significant influence of wind climate study on evaluation of pedestrian level wind environmeht, and showed that some parts of important regions didn' t meet the comfort criteria, for instance, entrance of north podium, outdoor balcony of 3rd level, bridge in north-east, podium roof in north-west, etc. By taking mitigation measures, comfort of wind environment was improved for most of the regions above, as for the podium roof in north- west, it still can' t meet the requirement of comfort and requires adjusting of architectural functions.
