摘  要:桃红颈天牛是危害桃树等果树的重要蛀干害虫。本文采用固相微萃取技术提取成虫虫体挥发物,利用气质联用仪,结合化合物谱库检索、标准化合物比对的方法鉴定了虫体挥发物的组成成分。结果发现,雌雄成虫释放的物质有4种相同,但百分比不同,其中的玫瑰醚具有浓郁的香味。香茅醛和反-2,顺-6-壬二烯醛分别仅从雌、雄成虫虫体挥发物中获得,这2种特异性物质可能与成虫性行为有关。Insect behavior was often influenced by volatile chemicals and identification of volatiles re- leased from insect body might explain their behavior to some extent. Aromia bungii Faldermann was a main wood borer of many broad-leaved trees, especially peach. Solid phase microextraction (SPME) with DVB/CAR/PDMS was applied to extract the volatile compounds released from the living adult of A. bungii. The extracts were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). With searching for NIST library (2. 0) and comparing with authentic compounds, several chemicals were in- dentified. Results showed that both male and female released four similar compounds with different pro- portion. One of the compounds was rose oxide which had a strong aroma. (R)-(+)-citronellal was de- tected only from the female body and trans-2, cis-6-Nonadienal was released only from the male body. Both compounds might relate with sexual behavior of A. bungii adults.
