纸色谱法实验教学的研究

摘　　要：目的：研究鬼针草叶代替菠菜叶开设从菠菜叶中提取叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素c以及β-胡萝卜素、类β-胡萝卜素的纸色谱法实验。方法：纸色谱法实验。结论：用5～10g新鲜的鬼针草叶与8～10gCaO、2gsi02和适当的丙酮混研，简单过滤制备的试样进行纸色谱实验，效果较好。该实验的方法可以为开展中学化学、生物课外实验，寻找各种替代材料（云南省是植物王国，材料相当丰富）提供思路。Objective： the paper chromatography experiment of Extraction of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll c and beta carotene, carotene experiment from spinach leaves of sticktight blades instead of spinach leaves. Method： Using the Paper chromatography experiment. Result： The test solution was prepared that Mixed up, simple filted using 5～10 g fresh sticktight blades, 8～10 g CaO, 2 g SiO2 the amount of acetone, A good test results. Methods the experiment was carried out in middle school chemistry can, biological extracurricular experiment, looking for alternative materials （Yunnan province is the plant kingdom, material quite rich） provide ideas.
