摘  要:目的观察氟中毒对大鼠剩余牙槽骨骨改建的影响。方法选用45 d龄雄性大鼠60只,随机分为4组,每组15只,对照组(饮用蒸馏水)、低剂量氟中毒组(饮水F-浓度为50 mg/L)、中剂量氟中毒组(饮水F-浓度为100 mg/L)和高剂量氟中毒组(饮水F-浓度为200 mg/L),饲养2月后拔除全部左侧上颌磨牙;采用免疫组织化学的方法,比较并观察拔牙1月后与2月后OPG及OPGL在大鼠剩余牙槽骨中的表达情况。结果与拔牙1月后相比,拔牙2月后各剂量组OPG表达均降低,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。低剂量氟中毒组和中剂量氟中毒组与对照组比较,OPG表达少许增加,但无统计学意义;高剂量氟中毒组与对照组相比OPG表达减少,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。与拔牙1月后相比,拔牙2月后各组OPGL表达均降低,其中高剂量氟中毒组减低显著,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);与对照组相比,各剂量组的OPGL表达均增加,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论长期氟中毒可导致大鼠剩余牙槽骨骨吸收加重,骨实质受损。Objective To explore the effect of fluorine poisoning on residual alveolar bone of rats. Methods Sixty male 45-day-old specific pathogen free (SPF)rats were randomly assigned into four groups:control group,low dose group, moderate dose group and high dose group. Rats in four groups were given steamed water,50 rag/L, 100 mg/L and 200 mg/L sodium fluoride,respectively. All molars in left maxillary bone were extracted after 2 months. The expression of osteoprotegerin(OPG) and osteoprotegerin ligand(OPGL) in re- sidual alveolar bone of rats after extraction for 1 month and 2 months. Results Compared with 1 month after tooth extraction,OPG expression in all dose groups decreased significantly after tooth extraction for 2 months ( P 〈 0.05 ). OPG expression was lower in low dose group and middle dose group than in control group, but there was no statistical significance. OPG expression in high dose group was significantly lower than in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). OPGL expression was lower after 1 month tooth extraction than that after 2 months in all dose groups, especially in high dose group ( P 〈0. 05 ). Compared with control group, OPGL expression in all dose groups increased (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Chronic fluoride poisoning can accelerate the resorption of the residual alveolar bone in rats.
