三维适形放疗联合双膦酸盐治疗骨转移癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析三维适形放疗联合双膦酸盐治疗骨转移疼痛的止痛效果和放射性损伤情况。方法 23例骨转移疼痛患者,局部采用三维适形放疗,2.0 Gy或3.0 Gy/次,5次/周,DT 30-45 Gy/10-20次;同期给予静滴双膦酸盐,每4周1次,最少连续2次。结果 23例患者治疗后疼痛缓解总有效率91.7%(21/23),疼痛缓解中位时间为17周,全组病例无一例出现2级以上的晚期放射性损伤。结论三维适形放疗联合双膦酸盐治疗骨转移疼痛是一种有效的治疗手段,无严重的晚期放射性损伤发生。Objective To explore the effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with bisphosphates on bone metastatic cancer pain and its radiation damage. Method~ Totally 23 patients with bone metastases were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,2.0 Gy or 3.0 Gy every time,5 times a week, the total dosage of 30 -45 Gy/10- 20 times, and bisphosphates once 4 weeks for two cycles at least. Results The overall response rate was 91.7% （21/23）, and a median time of relieving the pain was 17 weeks. No late radiation damage above level 2 occurred. Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with bisphosphates is an effective treatment method, and there is no severe late radiation damage.
