摘　　要：对齐齐哈尔地区四所小学的550名学生身心健康状况进行了问卷调查.对其心理(焦虑、烦躁等)、身体(营养、饮食)及参加课余活动等几方面的现状与存在的问题进行了详细剖析,并就解决小学生现存的问题提出了意见和建议,为教师和家长正确了解和指导学生以及开展相关研究提供依据.A questionnaire about physical and psychological health conditions of 550 students in four primary schools of Qiqihar area has been achieved. Analyzed the existing state and problem of their psychological （ anxiety and trouble, et. ）, physical （ nutrition and diet ） conditions and extracurricular activities, and so on. And proposed some views and suggestions to solve existing problems of pupils. All of above provides a basis for teachers and parents to know and conduct students, and for related studies.
