摘　　要：在黑龙江科技大学"大德育、大工程、大实践"的教育理念下,构建了以数学专业为主体,计算机软件应用和金融数学为两翼,以考研深造、从事IT研发和金融管理为职业发展方向,培养学生的专业能力、实践能力、创新能力和发展能力,即"一体、两翼、三向、四能"的复合型人才培养模式.教学实践表明,该培养模式是可行的,可以为数学专业合格人才的培养提供参考.Under the education ideas of big moral, big engineering and big practice, we have built inter-disciplinary talent cultivating pattern. It takes mathematics as the body, makes computer applications and financial mathematics as two wings, and considers to apply for graduate school, and to engage in IT research or financial management as career direction, cultivate students＇ professional ability, practical ability, innovation ability and development ability. The teaching practice of several years shows that the training mode is feasible and it also provides a reference for other undergraduate colleges and universities.
