摘 要:以玉米淀粉为原料,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,制备交联玉米淀粉。此后,再以FeSO4-H2O2为引发剂,丙烯腈作为接枝单体制备丙烯腈接枝交联淀粉,并研究其铬(Ⅵ)离子清除效果。结果表明,10 g交联玉米淀粉、丙烯腈用量10 mL、引发剂用量4 mL、接枝时间1.5 h、反应温度40℃,此条件下接枝效率可达83.72%,接枝率为116.39%,所得丙烯腈接枝交联淀粉对铬(Ⅵ)离子的清除率可达80%左右。The polyacrylonitrile grafted cross-linked starch copolymer was prepared by graft polymerization using corn cross-linked starch, which obtained by the reaction of epichlorohydrin and corn starch, as raw material, acrylonitrile as a monomer and FeSO4-H2O2 as an initiator. Its capacity for removing chromium (Ⅵ) ion was studied. The results showed that the graft efficiency was up to 83.72%, the graft rate was 116.39% when the graft polymerization was performed under the optimum condition that cross-linked corn starch dosage was 10 g, acrylonitrile was 10 mL, initiator was 4 mL, reaction time 1.5 h and temperature 40 ℃, and the chromium (Ⅵ) ion removing rate was about 80% from the as-prepared grafted copolymer.
