摘　　要：目的了解急性白血病患儿的家庭功能现状,探讨其影响因素。方法便利选取2009年8月至2010年6月在中南大学湘雅医院、中南大学湘雅二医院和湖南省儿童医院进行住院化疗的220例急性白血病患儿的父母为病例组,同期从湖南省5个地区便利选取205名健康儿童的父母作为对照组,应用《家庭功能评定量表》对两组父母进行调查。结果急性白血病患儿的家庭功能总体及其各维度得分均低于对照组。影响患儿家庭功能的主要因素有是否为独生子女、确诊时间、婚姻状况。结论医护人员应该重视家庭功能知识的学习,了解急性白血病患儿家庭存在的共性问题,注意分析个性问题,有针对性地对患儿家长进行教育。Objective To investigate the status of family function for children with acute leukemia and to explore its influencing factors. Methods By convenience sampling, totally 220 parents whose children were diagnosed with acute leukemia were recruited from three hospitals in Changsha as cases group, and 205 parents whose children were healthy were recruited from five regions in Hunan Province as control group from August 2009 to June 2010. Both groups were assessed by the family function rating scale （FAD） . Results Scores of the total scale and each dimension of family function for children with acute leukemia were significantly worse than those for the normal children. The influencing factors of family function were the number of children, the time of diagnosis and marital status. Conclusion Medical personnel should pay attention to learning family function knowledge, understanding common problems existed in the family with acute leukemia children, analyzing personality problems, then providing perti- nently education for parents.
