论道德意志教育的基本原则

摘　　要：良善的道德意志品质是个体德性养成和持守的关键要素,是个体人格健全和境界水平的重要标尺,亦是生活实践中个体克服困难、走向成功的动力源泉。根据个体道德意志品质养成的基本规律和特点,道德意志教育应遵循道德灌输机制和自主选择机制相结合、道德激励与道德约束相结合、理论教育与实践磨练相结合、普遍性要求和特殊性要求相结合的原则。Good and kind moral will quality is the crucial factor that forms individualg virtue and moral fortitude, is an important criteria that perfects individualg personality and moral standard, and it is also the driving power that helps individuals overcome difficulties and head for success. According to the general rules and characteristics in forming individual moral will quality, moral will educating should adhere to the following principles： combining moral inculcation mechanism and selfselection mechanism; merging moral inspiration with moral regulation; inteatin theory education with oractice cultivation： linkin eneral reauirements with snecial rermirement
