摘　　要：目前教育管理理念不对接,管理机制不兼容,已成为理工科高校艺术专业教育管理的主要矛盾。理工科大学艺术专业教育应树立以人为本的教育理念,注重艺术专业学生的科学素养和艺术教育的培养。同时,还应注重师资队伍建设,构建合理的师生关系和课程比例,将产学研相结合。艺术教学管理应专门化、精细化、常态化,将静态考核和动态考核相提倡互动式的评价原则,合理公正地评价学生作品和艺术表演。The management of art education in university of science and engineering is faced with the major conflicts such as inconformity in the concepts and incompatibility of mechanisms. Human- oriented educational concept shall be adhered to and focus be put on both imparting basic scientific knowledge and cultivation of artistic qualities. Meanwhile, we shall attach importance to the development of the faculty, establish appropriate teacher-student relationship and curriculum system, and integrate production, learning and research into one systematic process. The management of art courses shall be professional, specialized and formalized. Interactive appraisal of students shall be promoted with the incorporation of both static and dynamic examinations. In this way, the students＇ artistic works and performances can be appraised in a fair and reasonable way.
