腰穿术配以尼膜同治疗外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察尼膜同联合腰穿治疗外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血(tSAH)的效果。方法:将76例外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者随机分为观察组(腰穿术配以尼膜同治疗)和对照组(仅腰穿术不用尼膜同组),比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗21 d后,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,两组神经功能缺损程度评分均较治疗前有明显改善,且观察明显低于对照组,较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。治疗21 d后,观察组的神经功能缺损评分改善更为显著(P<0.01)。结论:尼膜同联合腰穿治疗外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血疗效更明显,能有效降低患者的死亡率及致残率,值得推广。Objective：To observe Nimotop combination with lumbar puncture the treatment of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage curative effect.Method：58 cases of Traumatic Subarachnoid Hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result：After 21 days of treatment,compared the curative effect of two groups,observation group＇s total effectiveness was higher than the control group obviously,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.After 7 days of treatment,the nerve injury extent of therapy group were significantly improved,and the effect of observation group was obviously lower than in control group,and better significantly than in the control group（P〈0.05）.After 21 days treatment,Neurologic impairment score of observation group was improvement obviouslly（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Treatment of Traumatic Subarachnoid Hemorrhage（tSAH）with Nimotop in combination with Lumbar Puncture.is more effective and could effectively decrease the rate of death and deformity which was worth popularizing.
