摘　　要：为了促进人本管理在优质护理示范工程中的应用,本文从转变理念,强化人本管理的重要性、以人为本,发挥护理人员的能动性、服务患者,落实以人为本的服务模式三个方面将人本管理应用到优质护理示范工程中。通过人本管理的应用,不仅可以提高护理工作质量,还可以使患者真正享受到优质护理服务,达到患者、社会、政府和护士满意的效果。In order to promote the application of humanistic management in high quality nursing demonstration project,This article discuss it from this three aspects：Changing concept,to strengthen the importance of Humanistic management;People-oriented,to play the initiative of nursing staff;Serving patients,to implement people-oriented service model.Through the application of Humanistic management,it not only can improve the quality of nursing work,but also can make the patients really enjoy the high quality nursing service and achieve the satisfacation of patients,society,government and nurse.
