摘　　要：在对土建施工类专业实践教学的现状进行分析后,提出了学生进行专业学习开始即跟踪一项目,使该项目贯穿于整个学习生涯,以达到学生综合实践能力的培养,做到工程项目贯穿、岗位工作任务贯穿人才培养全过程,全面提高土建施工类专业人才培养质量。After the analysis of the status of the Civil Engineering＇s practical Teaching, the author points out that the students should track a project from the professional learning＇s beginning, and the project runs through the entire learning process, soas to achieve the cultivation of students＇ comprehensive practical ability. Only if the project and the job＇s tasks run through the whole process of personnel training, the quality of personnel training in civil construction will be comprehensively improved.
