摘　　要：采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪等检验设备,对380CL钢制轮辋焊缝开裂部位进行观察与分析。结果表明,焊缝铁素体晶粒异常粗大,致使屈服强度低,韧性和塑性差,是导致材料失效的主要原因。Micro - examination and analysis have been performed on weld cmcldng by means of testing equipment such as optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer. The results show that the major causes of material failure are abnormally coarse ferrite grains, resulting in low yield strength of weld seam and poor toughness and plasticity.
