摘  要:对肇庆地区农村居民膳食营养状况进行调查,结果显示:与中国营养学会推荐量比较,居民对水果、奶类及其制品的摄入量差异非常显著;对水产品的摄入量差异显著;其他食物的摄入量均在规定范围内.居民的膳食特征表明:肇庆农村居民膳食情况具有本地区的特点,温饱已经得到解决,但一些不良的饮食习惯仍然存在,需要采取有效的应对措施.An investigation of the dietary and nutritional status of Zhaoqing rural residents was conducted,the results of which show that, compared with the amount of nutrition recommended by the Chinese nutrition society, differences in intakes of fruit, milk and dairy products among the rural residents are significant, especially the intake of fish, the intake of other kinds of food are within the prescribed limits. The dietary characteristics of the residents show that the meal situation of Zhaoqing rural residents has the characteristics of the region, the basic problem of food and clothing has been resolved, but some measures still need to be taken in an effort to change some of the bad eating habits.
