摘　　要：文章分析了传统高职"C#程序设计"课程建设的缺陷,探索了当今高职"C#程序设计"课程岗位定位,确立着眼培养C#程序员。接着详细设计符合高职生特点的基于C#程序员岗位工作任务的"C#程序设计"课程,培养学生掌握C#程序员工作岗位所必需的技能,能够胜任岗位工作任务的需要。通过课程教学实践,取得了非常明显的效果。This paper analyzes the defects of the traditional ＂C# Program Design＂ course, seeks the post positioning of the course in higher vocational colleges and focuses on training C# programmers. According to the characteristics of higher vocational students, the detailed design of the ＂C# Program Design＂ course is made so as to train students＇ job skills to be competent for the job tasks. Through the teaching practice, significant results have been achieved.
