摘 要:房地产业高速发展拉动对物业管理的需求,海峡两岸的物业管理都取得了突破性的发展。通过对比两岸物业管理的概念范畴、发展历程、经营形态和法律法规,可以发现台湾的物业管理与大陆同根同源,成长过程相似,提早二十年的产业积累造成了台湾地区物业管理丰富的形态和更大的产业规模,但多头管理阻碍了台湾企业进一步发展。The rapid development of property industry has greatly driven the demand for property management, amid which it has gained a breakthrough in both Chinese Mainland and Taiwan Region. By comparing the related conceptual categories, developing history, operation modes and laws and regulations across the Taiwan Straits, it can be seen that the property management in Taiwan is rooted in the same background and has grown in the same pattern with that of Chinese Mainland, but with more 20-odd-year development, the modes are richer and the industrial scale, larger than those of Chinese mainland, However, multiple management has hindered its further development in Taiwan.
