摘 要:近年来,我国养猪业得以快速发展,猪场粪污废水因含有极高浓度的有机物、悬浮物、氨氮等污染物,对环境的污染和不良影响正日益突出.目前,规模化养猪厂粪污废水的处理模式主要有还田模式、自然处理模式、工业化处理模式3种,但在实际使用时往往受诸多限制因素而影响其处理效果.利用养猪废水资源化培养能源微藻制备生物柴油,不仅能降低生物柴油生产成本、缓解能源危机,而且可以实现废水净化目的.对养猪废水资源化培养小球藻进行了初步探究,发现小球藻耐污、耐冲击能力强,能够在养猪废水环境中优势生长,为后续研究工作奠定了基础.The recent years have seen a rapid development of China's pig-breeding industry.However,the pig-breeding wastewater,which contains highly concentrated organic matter,suspended solids,and ammonia nitrogen,has caused an increasingly severe pollution.At present,the wastewater from large pig-breeding farms is mainly treated in three modes: turning into fertilizer,natural processing and engineering treatment,which,due to various restrictions,hardly get the expected effect in practice.Using the pig-breeding wastewater as resource to cultivate energy microalgae for biodiesel can not only reduce the production cost of biodiesel and ease the energy crisis,but also fulfill the purpose of wastewater purification at the same time.This paper explores the possibility of cultivating chlorella with pig-breeding wastewater,and finds that the chlorella,because of its strong pollution and impact resistance,enjoys dominant growth in wastewater.The result has laid the foundation for subsequent researches.
