浙江民营企业泛家族化管理行为的实证研究

摘　　要：运用实证研究方法调查分析了浙江民营企业泛家族化管理行为的表现、特征、影响因素及其行为机制。浙江民营企业在发展过程中应通过泛家族化机制,将与自己有学缘、业缘和地缘等关系的"外人"逐步内化为"自家人",并根据需要委以重任,从而实现泛家族化管理行为。这有助于建立符合我国国情的具有中国特色的企业管理行为理论。The forms, characteristics, influence factors and its mechanism of the pan family management behavior of the private enterprises in Zhejiang were investigated by the empirical research methods. It was concluded that： the private enterprises in Zhejiang should gradually generalize the outsiders, who have classmates, colleagues and fellow villager relationships with owners, as ＂his people＂ through the pan family mechanism in the developing process, then entrust them with important task according to the needs so as to realize the pan family management behavior. It is helpful to establish the pan family management behavior theory with Chinese characteristics , in line with Ching＇s national conditions.
