摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的快速发展,建立系统、科学、标准的高校实验室安全环保管理体系成为当前必然需求。借鉴和吸收国外实验室安全环保的工作经验和管理理念成为不断提升我国高校实验室安全管理工作水平的重要手段。通过对澳大利亚阿德莱德大学的实验室安全管理体系的研究,从该校实验室安全管理的EHS体系、人员体系、学校技术与管理支撑等方面做了深入的分析和介绍,为我国内地高校实验室安全环保工作提供参考。With the rapid development of Chinese higher education, the establishment of systematic, scientific, standard college laboratory safety and enviromnental protection management have become inevitable demans. It is an important way to improve Chinese college laboratory safety management by learning and absorbing work experience and management concept of foreign countries. In this paper, the authors introduce the laboratory safety management system of the University of Adelaide, highlighting the school＇ s laboratory safety management EHS system, the organizational and personal systems, technical and manage support system and other aspects, provide a reference to universities in China mainland.
