摘　　要：化学实验教学改革一直是高校化学教学工作者关注的重点和热门话题。南华大学化学实验中心以建设省级示范实验室为动力,从改革实验中心运行机制入手,建立相对独立的《大学化学实验》课程体系;创新化学实验教学,大力推动开放性化学实验教学;在建设高水平的实验教师队伍、优化实验教学管理等方面均进行了一系列有益的探索,取得了良好的效果。使实验中心成为能独立、有效地进行实验教学和科学研究的基地。Reform of Chemical experimental teaching has been the focus and hot topic for Chemistry teaching workers. By using the construction of provincial demonstration laboratory as a motivation, a relatively independent course system of the university Chemistry experiment was established by the reforming the operation mechanism of experiment center. The open chemical experiment teaching was pushed to innovate the teaching in Chemical exoeriment. In the Chemical Experiment Center of the University of South China, a series of beneficial exploratios were carried out such as the constructing a high level of experimental teachers team and optimizating the experiment teaching management, and the good results were achieved. All these make it become an independent and effective experimental teaching and scientific research base.
