摘　　要：实验室文化是高校文化的重要组成部分。对于营造科学和谐的校园环境和积极活跃的学术氛围,树立高校品牌,保持学科可持续发展,具有十分重要的意义。本文概述了实验室文化的含义和基本组成,并就实验室文化建设中所体现出的大学的精神内涵和培养目标,以及实验室创新文化、协作文化、激励文化、形象文化建设的具体举措等方面进行了论述。Laboratory culture is an important part of campus culture. It is very important for creating a scientific, harmonious campus and active academic atmosphere. It is also very important for the university to sustainable development and establishing its reputation. This article provides an overview of the laboratory of cultural meaning and basic composition, and expounds the laboratory culture as reflected in the university spirit connotation and training target, as well as the laboratory innovation culture, collaboration culture, incentive culture, image culture and other aspects.
