摘  要:为优化卸船箱箱位分配,减少集装箱码头堆场卸船箱翻箱率,考虑客户提箱次序随机和不确定性,提出了利用箱组存箱时间构建客户提箱次序的方法,探讨了基于提箱次序的集装箱翻箱量求解,并建立了集装箱码头堆场卸船箱箱位整数规划模型,在堆场区段内为卸船箱分配箱位,降低提箱时的翻箱量.考虑到模型较优解箱组堆放特点,设计了求解模型的启发式算法.实验结果表明,提出的模型和启发式算法能反映决策者的风险态度,目标函数较参考算法有10%以上改善.Abstract:In order to optimize slots allocation and reduce the reshuffle ratio for containers discharged from vessels in a container terminal yard, considering stochastic and uncertain characteristic of picking up order, an or-der formation of picking-up containers was suggested using storage time of container groups in the container termi-nal, reshuffle calculation was discussed with the order formation, and an integer programming model of unloading container slots allocation was proposed so as to allocate slots to unloading containers from vessels and reduce the re- shuffles while picking containers up in storage blocks. Considering the characteristics of good solutions, a related heuristic algorithm was designed. Numerical experiments show that the proposed model and heuristic algorithm could reflect the risk attitude of decision makers and improve the objectives more than 10% for import containers com-pared with the reference algorithm.
