摘  要:目的:探究护理绩效考核在门诊输液室病人中的应用效果。方法:2012年1月~2013年4月我院急诊室收治病人3000例,将2012年1~8月收治的1400例病人作为对照组,未实施护理绩效考核;将2012年9月~2013年4月收治的1600例病人作为观察组,实行护理绩效考核。结果:观察组病人对护士服务态度、穿刺技术、病情观察及换药情况、告知所用药物的注意事项以及病人等候输液时间的满意度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理绩效考核模式在门诊输液室的应用不仅提高了护理服务质量,还提高了病人满意度,减少了护理纠纷的发生。Objective:To observe the application value of the assessment of nursing performance in outpatient infusion. Methods :3000 pa- tients who were accepted in our hospital from January 2012 to April 2013 were chosen as the research subject. 1400 patients who accepted from January to August in 2012 as the control group and 1600 patients who were accepted from September 2012 to April 2013 as the ob- servation group. Patients in the control group did not adopt the assessment of nursing performance while patients in the observation group adopted the assessment of nursing performance. Results: The observation group patients satisfaction towards the service attitude of the nur- ses, puncture technique, observation and change situation, inform the attention of drug and patient waiting for the infusion time were better than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion: The application of performance ap- praisal model of nursing in the outpatient transfusion room not only improved the quality of nursing service, improve patient satisfaction, re- duced nursing disputes.
