摘  要:以城市污水厂处理过程中逸散的异养细菌和真菌微生物气溶胶为研究对象,通过试验研究了生物滤池对微生物气溶胶的去除效果,并考察了进气微生物浓度、进气气体流量和填料湿含量对其去除效果的影响.结果表明:生物滤池能在一定程度上去除异养细菌和真菌气溶胶;在试验浓度范围内,异养细菌在生物滤池中的去除率随着进气微生物浓度的增加先增加后减少,真菌的去除率随着进气微生物浓度的增加而增加;高的进气气体流量有利于微生物气溶胶的去除,异养细菌和真菌的去除率均随着生物滤池进气气体流量的增加而增加;适合微生物气溶胶去除的最佳填料湿含量范围为40.5%~61.8%,过高和过低填料湿含量均不利于微生物气溶胶在生物滤池中的去除.因此,在实际生物除臭工程的设计和运行管理中,应控制合适的进气微生物浓度、进气气体流量和填料湿含量,以保证恶臭物质和微生物气溶胶的同时高效去除.Abstract: This paper takes heterotrophic bacteria and fungi as the study objects, researches the removal effect of bioaerosols by the biofilter, and investigates the impacts of influent concentration, gas flow and the water content of packing material on bioaerosol removal efficiency. The experimental results show that the biofilter can remove heterotrophic bacteria and fungi effectively to a certain extent; the removal effi- ciency of heterotrophic bacteria increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of the influent concen tration,while the removal efficiency of fungi increases all the time. Higher gas flow favors the removal of the bioaerosols,and the removal efficiencies of heterotrophic bacteria and fungi both increase with the in- crease of inlet gas flow. For the water content of the packing material,40.5~61.8G is optimal for the best results of bioaerosol removal. Appropriate influent concentration, gas flow and the water content of the packing material should be controlled in order to obtain a high removal efficiency of odors and bioaerosols in the design and management of the practical biological deodorization engineering.
