基于层次分析的民航飞行员选拔心理素质模糊综合评价

摘　　要：针对航线飞行职业对民航飞行员心理素质的特殊要求,本文通过对已有的相关研究成果进行分析和总结,提取了影响飞行安全的飞行员典型心理特征因子,建立了民航飞行员选拔心理素质评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重,构建了模糊综合评价模型,通过将筛选出的能反映各指标的测试问卷对被选拔者实施测试,并结合专家访谈的结果对被选拔者心理素质进行综合评价,以为判断被选拔者是否适合飞行职业提供参考。For the special requirements of airline flight occupation to the psychological qualities of airline pi- lots ,this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing research results about the psychological qualities of airline pilots, extracts the typical psychological characteristic factors of pilots, which may affect flight safe- ty, proposes an index system for the psychological qualities evaluation in the selection of airline pilots, de termines the weight of each evaluation index based on analytic hierarchy process （AHP） ,and establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of psychological qualities for the selection of airline pilots. At the end, questionnaires that can reflect each index are screened and used to test candidates who are then evaluated based on the established model in combination with the results of experts interviews. The results will pro vide the reference for judging whether the candidates are suitable for professional flight.
