摘 要:针对某冷凝水泵中吐出段的铸造工艺难点,通过对铸件结构及铸件生产过程中的关键工艺技术进行分析,设计合理的铸造工艺措施,包括模具设计、浇注位置、冷铁及冒口等,提高铸件尺寸精度和产品内在质量,并借助仿真凝固模拟软件进行模拟凝固分析验证,结合生产实际经验,用上述铸造方法最终生产出了最大外径为830 mm,质量约380 kg的冷凝水泵中吐出段铸件,经检验,铸件的外形尺寸和内在质量满足设计及客户要求。Based on the casting process difficulty of a spitting section of a condensate pump, upon analysis oi the casting structure and technology, reasonable measure has been designed, including the mold design, the pouring position, chill and riser, etc. Higher dimension accuracy and internal quality have been validated by simulating analysis of the process with simulation software combined with practical experiences. A condensate pump spitting section that is 830 mm of the largest diameter, weigh about 380 kg, has been successfully developed with both figure dimension and inner quality having met with the requirements for design and the customer.
