摘  要:针对CAD环境下操作复杂大装配常出现加载和显示困难的问题,提出了一种CAD环境下的轻量化解决方案,将参数化表达和多细节层次(LOD)轻量表达共同定义于产品模型,满足CAD编辑需要和大装配操作.多层表达中保持了特征属性相关性,支持轻量显示时零件属性查询.默认加载LOD1表示,避免了分元操作,加载速度快.大装配操作困难时,逐层降低零件LOD层数,在流畅显示的前提下保证了显示精度.最后,在SINOVATION系统上开发实现该方案,实例表明其加载和显示效果良好.Load and display difficulties occurred usually when operating complex models under the environment of CAD, a kind of lightweight solution was put forward under the environment of CAD. According to this solution, parameterized and multilayer level of detail (LOD) lightweight presentation were designed into CAD models of products, separately, to meet the editorial requirements and lightweight display demand. The correlation of feature properties were saved in multilayer expression, and the part properties could be queried in lightweight state. The LOD1 was loaded as the default set, which could avoid the primitive operations, and ensure the loading speed. The LOD precision level of the parts would be reduced step by step to ensure the display precision under the premise of smooth display when display difficulties occurred. At last, the solution was realized in SINOVATION system, the research results showed that the effective of load and display was ~ood.
