摘 要:目的观察689nm红外激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法糖尿病视网膜病变82例(142只眼)做为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组32例(56只眼)和实验组50例(86只眼),对照组给予药物治疗,实验组进行689nm激光治疗,随访6个月,对比两组患者在治疗前后视力及眼底的改善程度。结果实验组的视力改善程度明显高于对照组,眼底毛细血管无灌注区消失及新生血管消退率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论689nm红外激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效确切,值得在临床更多应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of 689 nm laser photocoagulation treatment for di- abetic retinopathy. Methods 142 eyes of 82 cases with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group containing 56 eyes of 32 cases received drug treatment, and experimental group containing 86 eyes of 50 cases were treated with 689 nm laser photocoagulation. The follow - up period was six months. The results of visual acuity and fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the rate of retinal capillary nonperfusion areas disappearance and neo- vascularization regression was higher in the experimental group. And the visual acuity of the experimental group was improved significantly more than that of the control group. The difference was statistically signifi- cant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion 689 nm laser photocoagulation is effective in treating diabetic retinopathy.
