摘  要:通过对马铃薯产业及市场进行调研分析,明确了马铃薯机械化生产的重要性,提出相关设计要求。为了使4UFD—1400型马铃薯联合收获机的设计和研发建立在科学的基础上,本研究采用设计方法学相关内容对其进行功能原理设计。在明确设计任务的基础上,对4UFD—1400型马铃薯联合收获机进行功能划分和功能分析,建立了总功能图和功能结构图。采用简单评价法中的名次计分法对筛选出的几个方案进行评价,确定了最优方案组合,为该机生产提供理论依据。The importance of mechanization for potato production was confirmed and the relevant design requirements were put forward according to the research and analysis for the potato industry and markets. The design and development of 4UFD-1400 potato combine harvester were based on the basis of science, the relevant contents of design methodology were used to achieve its functional principle de-sign. The functional division and the functional analysis for 4UFD-1400 potato combine harvester were conducted, and the total function diagram and the function structure were established based on clearing the design task. The optimal combination scheme which provided a theoretical basis for the machine production was sought out in several sifted schemes using simple evaluation method of scoring method.
