摘 要:为提高机构的机械效率和获得较好的使用性能,针对饲草压捆机压缩机构进行优化设计。通过对机构工作原理和工作情况的分析,在机械系统仿真软件ADAMS的帮助下,建立饲草压捆机压缩机构虚拟样机模型。然后测量了该压缩机构的压力角变化曲线,建立设计变量。以工作段最小压力角为目标进行了优化设计,得出了优化之后压力角变化曲线,机构的机械效率和使用性能得到了提高。To improve the mechanical efficiency of mechanism and achieve better operating performance, this article carried out kinetics optimized design aimed at compress device of forage baler. The virtual prototype model of the compress device of forage baler is established by analyzing the principle and character of the device under the help of Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems (ADAMS) . And then the change curve of pressure angle of the device is measured and design variable is proposed. By optimizing the minimum pressure angle of the working part which as the object, I determine the change curve of pressure angle which has been optimized. Meanwhile mechanical efficiency and the operating property are improved after optimization.
