摘  要:为了提高柠檬皮的经济价值,采用水溶剂法提取柠檬皮中的黄酮类化合物。以柠檬皮为原料,在单因素试验的基础上,以料液比、提取温度、提取时间和pH值4因素进行正交试验,优化提取工艺。结果表明:水溶剂法提取柠檬皮中黄酮类化合物在料液比为1∶30,温度60℃,时间1.5h,pH 8.0的条件下提取2次的效果最佳,提取率可达1.930%。水溶剂法具有设备工艺简单、生产成本低、无毒无污染等优点。In order to improve the economic value for lemon peel, water-extracting of flavonoids from the peel was conducted by single factor experiment, orthogonal experiment with 4 factors as solid liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time, and pH was also conducted. The optimum conditions were as follows: solid to liquid ratio 1:30, extraction temperature 60℃, the extraction time 1.5h, and pH 8.0 with 2 times of extraction. The extraction rate of flavonoids could be achieved 1. 930% under the optimum conditions. It could be concluded that the technology is simple, lower cost, no pollution, and non-toxic.
