摘  要:为了探讨有氧健身操对中年女性身心的影响,将孝感市40名无锻炼及心血管病史中年女性进行试验,观察与测定18周有氧健身操锻炼前后身体形态、心肺功能、体成分和心理健康状态的变化,结果显示:孝感市中年女性18周锻炼后体重、腰围、臀围显著性下降,胸围变化不显著;静息心率降低,肺功能加强显著;体脂百分比、体脂量、瘦体重显著性下降;抑郁症状减缓,强迫症状、焦虑症状、恐怖症状和偏执症状都下降,人际关系敏感度降低。研究提示:长期进行有氧健身操锻炼能使中年女性身体形态变美,心肺功能加强,体成分趋于合理化,心理健康水平大大提高。In order to investigate the effects of aerobic exercise on physical fitness in middle-aged women in Xiaogan City, 40 no exercise and cardiovascular disease in middle-aged women test, obser ration and determination of 18 weeks aerobic exercise changes in body shape, heart and lung function, body composition and physical exercise, the results show: body weight, waist circumference, hip circ- umference significantly Xiaogan decline in middle-aged women after 18 weeks of training, chest circ umference did not change signifieantly; resting heart rate reduction, pulmonary function to strengthen significantly; the percentage of body fat, body fat, lean body weight significantly decreased; grip strength, sit-and-reach, eye-closed and single-legged standing time increased, significantly reduced re- action time. Study tips: long-term aerobic exercise can make the body shape of female middle-aged be- come beautiful, heart and lung function to strengthen, body composition tends to improve rationaliza- tion and physical quality.
