长三角地区高等学校科技服务能力的动态评价——基于2005-2010年面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：以长三角地区高等学校科技服务能力为研究对象,通过因子分析和聚类分析,对2005-2010年的科技服务能力进行动态评价。研究结果表明,长三角地区的高等学校科技服务能力总体处于全国领先,且领先地位逐年增强,但长三角地区内部非均衡特点明显,江苏、上海全国排名靠前,浙江相对靠后。在综合分析的基础上,提出了提升长三角地区高等学校科技服务能力的对策建议。This paper used the factor analysis and cluster analysis to make a dynamic evaluation on the scientific and technical service capability of colleges and universities from 2005 to 2010 in China＇s Yangtze River Delta Region. The results showed that higher learning institutions in the Yangtze River Delta Region increasingly takes the lead in scientific and technical service capability all across the whole country while imbalance exists in the region, with Jiangsu Province and Shanghai Municipality ranking the top of the country, and Zhejiang Province listed relatively lower. It, therefore, puts forward feasible steps to upgrade the service capability colleges in the region.
