摘　　要：高校学生管理工作是高校工作的重要组成部分。随着高等教育大众化时代的到来,学生管理工作应该在坚持管理育人的宗旨和促进学生全面发展的目标不变的同时,在方式方法、管理制度、机制等各方面进行创新,以适应高校学生管理工作新形势的需要。College student management is an important part of the college work. With the arrival of the era of the popularization of higher education, student management work should insist on the purpose of manage- ment education and the target of promoting the overall development of students, at the same time, the work ways and means of student management and management systems and mechanism should innovate to adapt to the needs of the new situation of the college student management.
