摘  要:目的探讨一类院校本科护生专业思想的现状及对其进行思想危机重塑的干预效果。方法自行设计实习护生职业思想及规划问卷对54名一类院校本科护生进行现场调查;根据调查结果对护生进行责任及慎独精神训练、社会体验、人文关怀培养与训练等专业思想重塑。结果干预后一类院校本科护生对职业满意率上升22.2%,对职业未来发展的信心上升33.4%,选择护理职业上升53.7%(均P<0.01)。结论一类本科护生存在明显的专业思想危机,人性化的斧正、引导是有效的干预方法。Objective To explore current situation of professionalism in undergraduate nursing students from first-grade nursing colle- ges, and to evaiuate the effect of reshaping measures for them. Methods A self-designed questionnaire in terms of professionalism and career planning was used to investigate 54 undergraduate nursing students from first-grade nursing colleges. Then measures, including conscientiousness and self-restraining training, social practice, cultivation of humanistic caring ability, etc. were taken to reshape students' professionalism. Results After the intervention, the proportion of students' being satisfied with future nursing ca- reer went up by 22.2 %, the proportion of those being confident with career development went up by 33.4%, and the proportion of those choosing nursing job after graduation from school climbed up by 53.7%, with significant differences compared to before the intervention(P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Undergraduate nursing students from first-grade nursing colleges are experiencing loss of professionalism, which could be reshaped through humanistic guidance and intervention.
