摘 要:目的提高骨科低年资护士专科培训效果。方法将97名骨科低年资护士随机分为品管圈活动组(49人,在培训中开展品管圈活动)和常规培训组(48人,采用常规方法培训),比较两组培训效果。结果品管圈活动组的专科理论考试成绩、专科操作考试成绩、患者满意度显著优于常规培训组(均P<0.01),缺陷发生数相对降低。结论在低年资护士培训中开展品管圈活动有助于提高低年资护士理论知识和实践水平,从而提高护理安全性和患者满意度。Objective To improve effects of on-the-job training among junior orthopedic nurses. Methods Totally, 97 junior nurses working in orthopedic department were randomly assigned into two groups receiving either conventional training (the control group of 48) or quality control circle activities-oriented training (the QCC group of 49). Results The examination scores of nursing spe- cialty knowledge and skills, and patient satisfaction in the QCC group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.01 for all).
