摘 要:竞争优势回馈是指海外子公司进行资源的获取、转移和整合,从而逆向提高跨国公司网络的竞争优势。本文基于资源的视角,从海外子公司竞争优势回馈的内涵、资源构成、影响机制和回馈过程等维度,构建了海外子公司竞争优势回馈的理论分析框架,期待本研究能够为我国企业的跨国经营提供崭新的战略视角。Competitive advantage feedback refers to the process of resource acquisition, transfer, and integration of the overseas subsidiaries, thus increasing reversely the competitive advantage of MNC network, and it is an important way for MNC to gain competitive advantage today. This article has formulated from the perspective of resources an analytic framework for overseas subsidiaries' competitive advantage feedback, covering its inherent quality, formation of resources, influencing mechanism and feedback process. It is hoped that the article will provide our multinational corporations with a new strategic viewpoint of their overseas operations.
